Performance of Your Rotationally Molded
Polyethylene Tank
The significance of this design is that the operator stands on an 18" x 18" deck alongside the tank at a level 42" below the height of the manway opening. Or, the ladder can be located to provide access to electronics mounted on the dome of the tank. It is common to have multiple ladders; one to access the manway and one (or more) to access electronics. “Saloon style” safety gates are available as an option in stainless steel, galvanized steel, and powder coated (yellow) steel for increased operator safety. While this ladder offers superior safety and performance, its simplicity of design translates into superior value too. Because intermediate brackets are not used on PE tanks, we provide “stiffeners” for our ladders when the length exceeds 72"
NOTE: Prior to fabrication of your ladder, we will need a drawing of the tank or the size and manufacturer - we will then submit a drawing for your approval.
